Harry Potter

Here's two Diagon Alley concepts I did while working for the WB for Harry Potter. I wish I could do this sort of thing more often.

Freekin' fantastic. Wonderful balance of inks in these. Reminds me of my comic book days. Just delicious.

GREAT!!! the scenes are very credible, they're complex but very comprehensible too. Maybe some people walking around would give the secenes more live, but no doubt they're wonderful backgrounds!!

Usually on a layout drawing like this, i would miss the color, but these are SO well done with the blacks and the line weights, you just don't need it! These are really strong drawings, i'm in awe!

Thanks Tom! I think I would be a little scared to color these...! I would probably break out the Mignola Hardbound and see what the master has to say...!

Wow these are Brilliant! I love your lines. I want to get a sandwich at Diagon Deli! ....Although I'm sorta afraid to find out what kind of sandwiches they serve.

I'd meet you there for a sandwich but I don't think I'd try those ill flavored jelly beans they're always going on about! ;)

...gosh, I'm a HP Geek! great...
