Thug Life

The other day some close friends of mine were over for tea and I kindly asked them if they wouldn't mind posing for me. They've always been fond of my chosen profession and quickly decided to comply. Gentlemen, all three, they were good sports and seemed to be pleased with the finished life study. We each grabbed a crumpet and went for a dunk. Typical of us, we did it at the same time and in the same cup! LOL! Those silly fellows!

Really impressive Dan, I like their aggressive attitude.

Do you make the colors by your own?

Master Dan;
These are great buddy! Very dynamic and cool looking, but you sure have some creepy looking friends and they don't look like your typical tea and crumpet crowd.
Great stuff!

Scones kick the crap out of crumpets, like every day.

Whoa, sorry about the outburst, I get a little worked up around crumpet talk.

FABIO: Thanks and yes, I do all my own colors!

ROB: These fine folks are not your typical tea/crumpet aficionados, true. Yet, nevertheless, we get together every Monday afternoon for such festivities. I have, however, asked that they bring shirts next Monday.

JESSE: I hear that. I get loco too around crumpet talk. Muy Loco.

Hi there BourbonBarbarian! I like the Fleshy bits on the guy in the back. He's kinda cottage-cheesy on the sides, but that's why I love him. ha! Nice hands too! Kick-Ass stuff as always!

Very well done Dan. The guy on the far right has that "Danzig" sort of hairstyle and glare- nice job capturing unique personalities on these!!

THE JOHNSON: The trick is lemon in the tea, which I failed to mention. My bad.

PATRICK: Does kinda have a Danzig look to his hair, huh? I wonder how he's doing these days. I haven't heard much from since he stopped publishing his comics. I'm sure he's put out several CDs though.

Fantastic poses. I like very much this kind of drawings from you! The middle character is amazing. My favourite of these three! Congratulations again Dan!

Urban Barbarian said...

Believe it or not, the guy in the middle prefers Chamomile Herb Tea... He says it calms him. Unfortunately, I was all out that day. Note is rather surly expression...
