karaoke night at DDSC!

Another fun night with the Drink and Draw Social Club! Turned out to be Karaoke Night last Sunday...! So I had some instant subjects to draw! The top one features none other than 100 Bullets Cover Artist, Dave Johnson!

We also just wrapped up the book and it's on the way to the printer. Should be out by Christmas! Cheers!

I noticed there was a big lack of barbarians getting posted at the UrbanBarbarian Blog so I decided that needed to be remedied quickly. This illustration is a bizarre combination of cartoon meets Frazetta. Obviously, a little Buscema thrown in for good measure. No one illustrated a better Conan story than Big John himself. He captured the character so well you could read the Cimmerian's inner monologue without reading the word balloons. What an artist...!
