Here's a mock up I made of the new Bloodrayne cover I recently did. That's not the issue number but I wanted to see what it would vaguely resemble all dolled up. The young lady seems to get herself in a wee-bit of trouble from time to time. Luckily, she comes to the dinner table with some nice steak knives and a healthy appetite. Charming little red head.
And lookee-lookee, there's a little sketch there too. Just fooling around and drew some nice people. Some playing around in PS and there you have it.

Really fresh and elegant!
I took the liberty to link your blog.
I 'm a teacher in the most important Italian school of comics and I have suggested my pupils to visit your amazing blog!
Bloodrayne's face is over the top awesome!
I'm NOT a teacher in the most important Italian school of comics, but I think you're great!
wow, great cover Dan! Love the colors on it especially.
Cool! I dig the sketch.
BRIAN: Thanks! It'll be out in September I believe. Issue 3 to be exact!
DAVID: Thanks! One of your students left a comment on my blog the other day and mentioned you! Thanks for the link! I will do the same!
HARPER: I'm beginning to understand you more and more... You're a more of a teacher of Harley Davidson Comic books! Hmmm... No why haven't they come out with some kind of licensed book... Everyone else has!
MICHAEL: High praise! Thanks amigo!
HOWARD: Glad you dig it, Howard! Looking forward to seeing you in San Diego - even though we probably live 10 minutes away from one another!
It's been too long since I checked out your stuff, but saw the ad on DW. Cool news, and love the Marvel Cards.
Peace,
3!LL
I don't love the shades on the breasts, but the laying (composition?) is very beautiful :)
WILLIAM: Thanks! That Ed Dukeshire is one nice guy! Thanks for checking it out!
FABIO: Thanks Fabio. I kinda like the shading but I appreciate the critique. Maybe it's too much contrast but it's a T&A book so I wanted emphasize certain...attributes. Perhaps, just like in life - my art needs to be a bit more subtle at times! ;)
Niiice!
totally killer, my friend!
tight. and theres no room for subtlety when T&A is involved. It's hwo grand pa did it, its how dad did it, its how america has always done it, and it seems to have worked out pretty good for them so far
DOMINICK: Thanks, amigo!
DON: Appreciated! And thanks for the kind words on the Digital Webbing Forum! You rule!
GEORGE: LOL!!! That cracked me up! Thanks George!
Nice Cover Dan. I dig the pose.
WOW! Amazing Cover!
Really nice cover.
It is always hard to make a good foreshortened, but it seems that you dont have that kind of problems. Excellent!
Yeah, Dan we should hang out sometime. Unless you're ashamed to be seen with me. :)
Sweet cover Dan! Such a cool image!
Wow my friend!!!!!:O
